Return & Refund Policy for Vijayashree Kalaabhaarana

At Vijayashree Kalaabhaarana, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality temple and antique jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging and tags intact.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Color or design variation due to photography lighting

  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/video of the product showing the issue

    • Reason for return

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on stock availability.

  • Replacement will be shipped only after the returned item is received and verified.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Sale / Discounted Items

All items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are damaged or wrongly delivered.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order after refund.
